Updated Indoor Mask Gathering Guidelines

    08.06.21 | Coronavirus COVID-19 COVID-19 Updates by Kevin Baker

Just when we thought we were reaching the end of the pandemic, masks will once again be required indoors in Montgomery County. The County Council voted Thursday to reinstate the indoor mask mandate, beginning tomorrow, Saturday August 7, as the community has reached substantial transmission of the coronavirus. As a result, Oakdale will be requiring everyone over the age of 2, regardless of vaccination status, to wear a mask while indoors starting this Sunday. At this time, we will continue to operate at full capacity without social distancing requirements.

The ongoing pandemic has upended our lives in countless ways. Every time it feels like we have our bearings, the game changes again. We pray that the peace that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6).

Thank you for helping us keep our children and immunocompromised adults safe as we move into this new stage. In-person worship is at 9AM and 11AM. We livestream the services at both 9AM and 11AM at live.oakdale.church with hosted chat and prayer available online at 9AM.

We hope to see you this Sunday ready to share your story on how God worked in and through you this past week.
