Faithfulness, according to Jesus, requires more than human effort and sufficiency. The spiritual life is a struggle and we can’t get through it alone. We need, first and foremost, to ask for the power of the Holy Spirit. We also need to be surrounded by a community of believers. We are refreshed and encouraged when people share their faith stories. God wants everyone to have a testimony—not about how you go to church but about how He is working in your life. It can be as simple as, “I had a really ordinary life and then God became real...” Can you stand before any group of Christians and tell how you came to know Jesus personally?

Fidelidad, según Jesús, requiere algo más que el esfuerzo humano y suficiencia. La vida espiritual es una lucha y no podemos ganar a través de nuestra propia cuenta. Necesitamos, en primer lugar, pedir el poder del Espíritu Santo. También tenemos que estar rodeado de una comunidad de creyentes. Estamos alentados y animados cuando las personas comparten sus historias de fe. Dios quiere que todos tengan un testimonio, no se trata de cómo se va a la iglesia, sino de cómo se encuentra trabajando en tu vida. Puede ser tan simple como: “Yo tenía una vida muy normal y entonces Dios se hizo real...” ¿Puede estar delante de un grupo de cristianos y decir cómo llegó a conocer a Jesús personalmente?
