Tom and Susan have served Navigators Church Ministries (NCM) for 18 years. They live in Rockville, Maryland, and attend Oakdale Church. Tom & Susan serve NCM by investing in people and walking alongside them. They equip and train church leaders through coaching, mentoring, and discipling one-on-one and in small groups. They team with other area staff throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and around the country, helping churches grow intentional disciple-making cultures.
