We know planning a funeral can be a difficult endeavor. We have pastors and staff that want to help you plan the service that will most bless you and honor your loved one. If you are in need of scheduling and planning a Funeral, Memorial, or Burial service, please contact our funeral coordinator, Michelle Baker. We will work with you to plan the service alongside you and your family.
Funeral Services are difficult at any time, but with the pandemic restrictions, there are many limitations that Oakdale is required by law to follow.
We will do our best to make this experience as peaceful and beautiful as it can be, but please be aware that certain restrictions must be in place:
There can be no gathering of friends and/or family members in the lobby area. All guests must be seated when they enter the building. Family members can also be seated or can stay in a designated room prior to the service. Similarly, when the service is over, all guests will be directed to exit the building. All can feel free to greet and socialize outdoors.
Please keep appropriate distance from others not in your family group. All attendees over 2 years old are required to wear masks the entire time they are on the church campus. Children & youth must remain with their parents at all times when in the building.
We will maintain limited, socially-distanced seating at all times. The ushers will seat you accordingly.
No food or coffee will be served in the lobby. Designated restrooms will be open.
Attendees, please self-screen before attending the worship service for the safety of all involved with the service. Anyone experiencing a fever (over 100.4°F), cough, or other COVID-19 symptoms should not attend.
