Lauren works with Cru, a campus ministry at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga Campus. She helps students draw closer to God. Lauren has a special calling to support those in sororities. Lauren has also worked in Central Asia with Cru. In June 2020 Lauren got married to Jeff Basey who she met through Cru.
