I was sent to Oakdale by a UMC Bishop in 2006 after pastoring Cedar Grove church in Deale Maryland for 13 years.

I have a "prodigal son" background and therefore a heart to see people who feel far from God experience the love of God that heals their shame and makes them whole.

I have the privilege of being discipled by wonderful people. As a lead pastor I bring vision and a commitment to Jesus and I am passionate about seeing a disciple-making movement happen in the US in my lifetime.

I have been married for over 40 years to a gorgeous woman Michelle. We have 5 kids and 8 grandchildren. My mom is still living and recently moved in with us at 93 years old.
