On Sunday, April 28 Oakdale will host a Rise Against Hunger Meal Packing Event in Brigham Hall. This event is open to the Olney Community as part of Olney Days Weekend.
We need 100+ volunteers to pack 10,000 nutritional meals that are shipped to impoverished people around the world to feed their families, anyone age 8 or older is invited. This is a high energy and fun event where everyone has their own job as we work as a team to package the rice and soy meals.
11:00AM - Meal Packing for Kids 8+ (parents will have place to observe)
12:00PM - Meal Packing for Adults and High School Students
